The Pearl Cabana Club Pet Policy

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and their pets, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines.

• Keep your dog on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas.
• Please refrain from bringing your dog into food and beverage areas, including pool areas.
• In the event that your pet displays behavior deemed dangerous or unacceptable, such as biting, excessive barking, or evidence of disease, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation or require immediate removal from the premises. Any charges incurred for the removal of your pet, including kennel fees, will be your responsibility.
• Should the hotel receive two noise or disruptive complaints regarding your pet, alternative arrangements must be made, and the non-refundable pet fee will not be reimbursed.
• Any damages caused by your pet to the guest room, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel are your sole responsibility. Additional fees may apply based on the extent of the damage, and guest rooms are subject to inspection for damages at any time, including upon check-out.
• A pet fee of $100 applies for up to 2 pets, with a combined weight not exceeding 100 lbs.
• For guests with more or larger pets, we kindly ask that you book through our office to ensure appropriate accommodations can be arranged.
